Mapping employers between Sage HRMS and Sage 100 Payroll

You must map each Sage HRMS employer to a Sage 100 Payroll employer. When you use Sage 100 Payroll Link, information is transferred between the employers that are mapped to each other.

Note: You can only map employers in a one-to-one relationship. For example, if the Sage 100 Payroll employer ABC is mapped to the Sage HRMS employer Dunedin Enterprises (DEU), no other employer can be mapped to these employers.

To map employers:

  1. In Sage HRMS, select Connected Services > Integrations > Sage 100 Payroll Link to open Sage 100 Payroll Link.
  2. Select Setup > Employers.
  3. In the Set Up Employers window, click Add.
  4. In the Map Employer window:
    • For Sage HRMS Employer, select the HR company you want to map.
    • For Sage 100 Payroll Employer, select the corresponding Sage 100 Payroll company.
    • For Sage 100 Payroll Review Date maps to, select either Next Review or Next Pay Review.
    • For Sage HRMS Organization Level, select the organization level in HR to map to Department codes in Payroll.
    • Select the Include Sage HRMS Time Off check box if you want to set up and transfer Time Off absence transactions to Payroll.
    • For Earning Types for Date Worked (if you selected to include Time Off), select the check boxes for each type of earnings that you want to map to absence reason codes.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 for each employer that you need to link between HR and Payroll.
