View Builder Home Page
The View Builder Home page provides a centralized location from which you can create and manage Views.
This page opens when you click View Builder from the menu on the left-hand side of the HRMS Employee Self Service workspace. When you open this page for the first time, HRMS Employee Self Service displays eight example Views that you can use to see how the View Builder works and to explore the View possibilities for your company. As you create new Views, this page will display the last 10 active Views, with the most recently saved View first on the list.
The View Builder Home page consists of five columns that list the following information:
- Saved. The date on which each View was last saved.
- View Name. Displays each View name as entered in the View Name field on the Format View page. Click a View name to open the Edit View page, where you can edit the View.
- Description. Displays the description of the View as entered in the Description field on the Format View page.
- Data Source. Lists the type of data selected in the Data Source field on the Select Fields page.
- Access Level. Lists the access level selected for this View in the Access Level field on the Format View page.
If you have more than 10 saved Views, click Search in the upper right-hand corner to open the Views page, where you can search for additional saved Views by name, access level, or status.
