Using the Work Classification Codes Report

Print the Work Classification Codes setup report after setting up your work classification codes.

Information on the report

This report is available in two formats:

  • Detail. Shows the information entered on the Work Classification Codes setup window.
  • Employee Listing. Shows the employees who are assigned to each work classification code reported. You can print the Employee Listing for a selection list or a range of employee numbers.

To print the report

  1. From Setup Reports, choose Work Classification Codes.
  2. In the Report Format field, choose:
    • Detail Information format — shows the details of each work classification code reported.
    • Employee Listing format — shows the employees who are assigned to each work classification code reported.
  3. If you chose Employee Listing for the report format:
    • Enter the range of employees to print at the Employees From and To fields.
    • If you want to include the employees in a selection list, choose that selection list.
  4. To process the report, click Print. To cancel it, click Close.
