Using the Workers' Compensation Codes Report

This report lists the information entered for the workers' compensation groups and codes on the Workers' Compensation Codes Setup window.

Information on the report

  • The workers' compensation group.
  • The expense and liability accounts assigned to each group.
  • The workers' compensation codes, code descriptions, and rates (both current and previous).

To print the report

  1. From Setup Reports, choose Workers' Compensation Codes.
  2. In the Report Format field, choose:
    • Detail Information format. Shows the details of each workers’ compensation group reported, such as the workers’ compensation codes defined for each group.
    • Employee Listing format. Shows the employees who are assigned to each workers’ compensation group/code reported.
  3. If you chose Employee Listing for the report format:
    • Enter the range of employees to print at the Employees From and To fields.
    • If you want to include the employees in a selection list, choose that selection list.
  4. Click Print.
