Using the Class Codes Report

This report lists the information entered when setting up Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4 on the Class Codes setup window.

Information on the report

The report includes the class codes and descriptions assigned to each class code.

To print the report

  1. From Setup Reports, select Class Codes.
  2. In the Report Format field, choose:
    • Detail Information format: shows the details of each class code reported.
    • Employee Listing format: shows the employees who are assigned to each class code reported.
  3. If you chose Employee Listing for the report format:
    • Enter the range of employees to print at the Employees From and To fields.
    • If you want to include the employees in a selection list, choose that selection list.
  4. Click Print.
