Installing Sage 100 Payroll Link

This topic covers installation of Sage 100 Payroll Link to link Sage 100 2018 or later with Sage HRMS. If you are using an older version of Sage 100, go to About the Sage 100 Standard Link .

Before installing Sage 100 Payroll Link:

  • If you haven't already, install and set up Sage HRMS.
  • If you haven't already, install and set up Sage 100.
  • Complete all Payroll, HR, and Time Off transactions and processes.
  • Back up your Sage HRMS and Sage 100 systems using external backup procedures.

Install Sage 100 Payroll Link

Sage 100 Payroll Link is included with your Sage HRMS application. When you first install Sage HRMS, you have the opportunity to also install the link by registering the link. After the link is installed, you open it by selecting Connected Services > Integrations.

To add Sage 100 Payroll Link after installing Sage HRMS:

  1. Log on to Sage HRMS as the MASTER user (or a member of the MASTER user group).
  2. Click the down arrow next to (the Help icon) and select Register Sage HRMS.
  3. In the Register Sage HRMS window, select the Sage 100 Payroll Link check box.
  4. Click OK to complete the registration.
  5. Close Sage HRMS.
  6. Right-click the Sage HRMS client shortcut and select Run as administrator.
