Important! BenefitMall Sync is available only for Sage HRMS if you do not have the payroll module installed.
The BenefitMall Sync process is activated by modifying its security setting.
- Open Sage HRMS and log on as MASTER.
- Select Setup > System > Group Security. The Security Groups dialog box opens.
- Select the security group that contains the users who will be synchronizing data with PayrollOnline by BenefitMall.
- Click More….to open the Security Group page.
- From the Employer column, select the company to sync to PayrollOnline by BenefitMall.
- From the Product column, select HR.
- From the Activity column, select Process.
- From the Task column, select Modify, set BenefitMall Sync to , and click .
- Click and close the Security Groups dialog box.
