Customizing the logon page

Use the Customize Logon Page to select custom features to change the appearance of the logon page.

Before you begin

To customize the logon page:

  1. Log on to HRMS Employee Self Service as the Master user.
  2. On the System Administrator menu, select Styles and Graphics > Customize Logon Page.
  3. On the Customize Logon page, make your changes to customize the logon page:

    1. For Stylesheet, select the stylesheet you want the logon page to use. The list displays the names of the default stylesheets and all the custom stylesheets that were uploaded to the server.
    2. For Logo, either:

      • Select the graphic you want displayed in the upper left of the logon page. The drop-down list displays the names of all the graphics that were uploaded to the server.
      • If you do not want a logo displayed, select Do Not Display.
    3. For Banner Name, type text (such as the company name) that you want to display in the banner on the logon page (such as ZSI Company).

      Note: The company name that appears on the system pages defaults to the company of the employee that is logged on.

    4. In the logon message area, type information that you want displayed on the logon page. More...

      • Use the icons in the toolbar at the top of the box to format your text.
      • The text you enter is added in HTML format. The text and HTML tags cannot exceed 1000 characters. If your text exceeds 1000 characters, an error message displays when you click Save.
    5. If you want to include links to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, or LinkedIn, select Yes for that item and type the URL.
  4. Click Save when you are finished.
