Customizing employer pages

Use the Customize Employer page to change the stylesheet and logo for pages used by the employers in your HRMS Employee Self Service system.

Before you begin

To customize the system pages for an employer:

  1. Log on to HRMS Employee Self Service as the Master user.
  2. On the System Administrator menu, select Styles and Graphics > Customize Employer.
  3. Select Enterprise or the employer that you want to customize.

    Note: If only HRMS Employee Self Service and/or Benefits Enrollment is installed, select Enterprise. The stylesheet and logo that you select will be applied to all new companies added in HRMS Employee Self Service.

  4. On the Customize Employer page for that employer:

    1. For Select Stylesheet, select the stylesheet you want the system pages to use. The list displays the names of the default stylesheets and all the custom stylesheets that were uploaded to the server.

      Tip: Click Preview Sample Page to see the colors for items on a sample page in a separate winodw.

    2. For Company Logo:

      • To use your custom logo, select Display custom logo and then select the graphic for Select Logo; the drop-down list displays the names of all the graphics that were uploaded to the server.
      • To retain the existing logo, select Use the graphics delivered with the product.
    3. Click Save to save your custom settings for this employer.
  5. If you want to customize other employers, click Back to List, and repeat steps 3 and 4.
