Before Proceeding With Activation....

You should back up your company data before activating an application, just in case errors occur during activation.

Company data includes the accounting data for all your company applications, as well as shared company information like the company profile. Typically, this data is in a subfolder of your Sage HRMS Payroll system.

If you do not know the location of the company data, close Sage HRMS Payroll and start Database Setup. Select the name of the company from the list, then choose Edit. The next dialog box displays the folder where the company data is stored.

After you have backed up the data, start Sage HRMS Payroll again and select the applications to activate.
