The database driver may not be correctly specified in the A4W.INI file in \Program Files\Sage HRMS Payroll\Runtime.
To make sure you have accurate driver specifications, copy A4W.INI from the appropriate System Manager Product disk to \Program Files\Sage HRMS Payroll\Runtime on your computer.
