DBSpy is a tool that lets you monitor all calls and messages that pass between Sage HRMS Payroll and Pervasive.SQL or between Sage HRMS Payroll and the MS SQL Server databases.
The database and database driver version numbers are listed in the DBSpy window when Sage HRMS Payroll opens the database. Check the version numbers to the requirements specified in the System Manager documentation and README files.
If you are running SQL Server, you should also check the Windows NT Application Log using the Event Viewer on the server where SQL Server is running.
