If your company uses Employee Level Security, you have access only to the employees that have been assigned to you. This means that you cannot display information about other employees.
When the ROE data is generated, the ROE window displays the generated information until it is cleared. In the message, the person with the displayed User ID generated the ROE data, and you must clear this display before you can open the ROE window.
Clearing Data from the ROE Report Window
Clearing the data means that any extra information that the previous user entered on the ROE window to perform their calculation will be lost (for example, extra Vacation & Other monies details). Clearing the data does not affect the actual employee data.
- Click to clear this data and open the ROE window.
- Click to exit the ROE window without clearing the data.
