Customize the Employee or Training Toolbar

The Employee Toolbar displays in the Sage HRMS workspace when you select Employees > View/Edit Employees. It consists of several tabs; each containing toolbar buttons that provide you with quick access to employee detail pages. The Training Toolbar displays when you select Training > View/Edit Trainee. It consists of several tabs; each containing toolbar buttons that provide you with quick access to training detail pages. Using Custom Details, you can:

  • Add buttons
  • Modify the icon or message for a button
  • Delete buttons

Note: If you are using Sage HRMS on a network, make sure all other users log out of Sage HRMS before you begin customizing the Sage HRMS menu. When you have completed your customizations and rebuilt system files, other users can log back on.
