Sage HRMS Link requires one of the files in a template to be the master file. You can select a second database and also include those fields in your template.

  1. From the Template Setup page, select the database from the Database drop-down list.
  2. Click Add. The Add Template Field dialog box opens. Both the database you selected and the master database are listed in the Select Field From area.
  3. In the Select Field From area, select the database you want to use. The Field Name drop-down list displays the fields from that database.
  4. Add fields as necessary.
  5. Click OK to save changes to the template.
