As Time Off continues to track attendance transactions and accrue time for your employees during the accrual year, you might find it necessary to move an employee from one attendance plan to another during the plan year. An employee's eligibility in a plan is usually the determining factor that requires an employee to move from one plan to another; such as a job promotion or a reduction in hours. This is easily accomplished by changing an employee's attendance plan.
Jordan Smith receives a job promotion effective September 16. The promotion causes Ms. Smith's personal leave attendance plan to change. According to her seniority level, she now earns more personal leave time than in the old plan.
