The Skills page lists the skills and number of years experience for an employee.
The following fields appear on the employee's Skills page.

This is the code for an employee's skill. You can only view this field; you cannot change it. |

This is the years of experience in the skill. |

Note: You can enter duplicate skills records. However, if you use Sage Employee Self Service, the duplicate skill records do not display (neither the original nor the duplicate) on the Skills page. If duplicate records exist, the employee receives a message on their Skills page to contact the Human Resources department for assistance.
