Life Events - Summary page

Use this page of the Life Events wizard to review your benefit plan elections and costs.

The table on this page shows:

• The benefit type
• The benefit plan and elections you selected
• Your cost per pay period
• The employer contribution per pay period

The bottom row of the table shows your total cost and the total employer contribution for all of the selected plans.

If you want to change an election, click (the Edit icon) at the end of the row of the plan that you want to change.

The bottom of the page may display dependent and beneficiary information for your selected plans. If you need to change this information, click (the Edit icon) at the end of the row of the plan associated with the dependent or beneficiary.
