Use the Employee Payroll page to define the elements listed below.

- If you select that employment records have been printed, the employee status will be transferred as shown in the table above.
- If you select that employment records have not been printed, the employee status should be transferred as above.
If the Sage HRMS Language is blank, then the Paycheck Language field is set to English.
There are four User-Defined Pay Fields to choose from for Overtime Schedule settings.
If, in Sage HRMS, the Overtime Eligible field (Current Job / Job page) is set to for an employee, the Overtime Schedule field in Sage 300 Payroll for that employee will be set to blank.
InSage HRMS, a "Compensatory Time" has to be set up for the Attendance Plan. And for the Compensatory Time Accrual to be transferred, user must make sure that the As Of Date field in Sage HRMS Attendance Summary must be the same as the Period End Date field in Sage 300 Payroll, just like other accruals.
The WCC Group setting can be selected from the following user-defined fields:
- Four User Defined Employment fields
- Four User Defined Pay fields
- Employee Custom fields
If mapping of WCC Group is set to None, the Worker's Compensation Code can not be edited. Otherwise, the Worker's Compensation Code setting can be selected from the following user defined fields:
- Four User Defined Employment fields
- Four User Defined Pay fields
- Employee Custom fields
The Work Classification setting can be selected from the following options:
- Industrial Sector
- CMA
- NOC
- EEOG
- EEEC
- Employment Province (Canadian Payroll)
- Four User Defined Employment fields
- Four User Defined Pay fields
If the mapping code does not exist in payroll, it sets the Work Classification to blank.
