Sage HRMS provides the Change Job and Pay task for you to record employee job promotions. When you record an employee’s job promotion, you must record information such as the date and the reason for the promotion, the new salary, the increase in salary and any applicable organization level and employment status changes.
Note: If you are promoting an employee who applied to the position in eRecruiter, select the Applicant check box. This will show only those employees who have accepted offers in their current employer.
The Pay and Performance Review page stores the employee's current pay, the pay change, the performance, and any miscellaneous information.
The Job Change page enables you to record the changes in the employee's employment status, current job, and organization levels. You can also enter the effective date and reason for the job change. This page is identical to the Current Job page.
