Pay and Performance Review

From time to time you conduct pay and performance reviews of employees. The Pay and Performance Review task enables you record the outcome of your employees' performance reviews. You might also want to record a job change if that is the reason for the review.

To Record a Pay and Performance Review

  1. Select Employees > Tasks > Change Pay.
  2. Select the employee whose information you are entering and click OK to open the Pay and Performance Review page.
  3. Enter or edit the current pay and performance review information, as described in the following tables. When you finish, click OK to close the page and complete the task.
