Working with View output
When you create a View, you select to display the View output as a table or as individual records and other output settings on the Define Output tab. Other tabs of the View Builder, as well as the format of your HRMS Employee Self Service data, will also effect the View output.
HRMS Employee Self Service displays data in the View output as you enter it in HRMS Employee Self Service. For example, if you enter abbreviations for some data or enter nicknames for employees (such as Don Adams instead of Donald Adams) in HRMS Employee Self Service, HRMS Employee Self Service will display that in the View output. You must edit data in HRMS Employee Self Service to change how it displays in View output.
Important! Before deleting data from HRMS Employee Self Service, consider the data used in your saved Views. If you need to delete data in HRMS Employee Self Service that is also used in a View, edit the View before deleting the data. If you delete the data in HRMS Employee Self Service first, the View may display incorrect output or no longer run.
