Using the Report Library

If you have loaded reports to the server, the Report Library provides access to the reports. Only the individuals who are in the roles that were selected when the report was loaded to the server are able to view the selected report.

To use the Report Library

  1. Log on to HRMS Employee Self Service and select Employee > Report Library. All reports that have been loaded to the server are listed below the role for whom the report is available for access. The reports available for access depend on the role of the individual who is logged on.
  2. For example, if the person is in the Employee Role, they can see only reports available to the employee. If the person is in the Manager role, they can see reports available to the Employee as well as to the Manager. If the person is in the Executive Viewer role, they can see all data in all employers they are assigned to.

  3. Click the down arrow to expand the roles to see the reports.
  4. Click Preview to open the report.
