Life Events - Plan Groups page

Use this page of the Life Event setup wizard to select the type of changes the employee can make within a plan group.

The table on this page shows each plan group that was set up in HRMS Employee Self Service. Select the check boxes for every type of change for every plan group that may apply to the life event you are setting up.

  • Enroll: The employee may enroll in any plans in this plan group if they are not already enrolled.
  • Change Plans: The employee who is already enrolled in a plan in this plan group may change to another plan in the group.
  • Change Current Plan Elections: The employee may change the elections for a plan in this plan group (such as to add or remove coverage for dependents) or drop the benefit plan.
  • Change Beneficiaries: The employee may change beneficiaries for plans (including the beneficiary is primary or contingent and the percentage) in this plan group.
