Benefit Eligibility - Organization page

This page appears in the Benefit Eligibility wizard if you selected either Organization Level on the Benefit Eligibility - Employer page. Otherwise, the wizard skips this page.

Use this page of the Benefit Eligibility wizard to select the specific entities in these organization levels whose employees are eligible for the benefits plan.

Note: When one or more of the selected employers use organization levels assigned at the enterprise level, they are shown with *** (asterisks). When one or more of the selected employers use organization levels assigned at the employer level, they are shown with the employer code and description.

Example: If only employees in the Marketing Department at the Headquarters Location are eligible for the plan, select Marketing for Department and select Headquarters for Location.

Items on the Organization page

 

Item	Description
<organization level 1>	The title of this item is the first Organization Level you selected on the Benefit Eligibility - Employer page. Select the check box before each of the entities at this level whose employees are eligible for the benefits plan. Example: If this organization level is Department, the list shows all departments for the employer. If only employees in the Marketing Department are eligible for the plan, select the check box before Marketing. Tip: You can click Select All to select the check boxes for all of the departments, or click Clear All to clear all of the check boxes.
<organization level 2>	The title of this item is the first Organization Level you selected on the Benefit Eligibility - Employer page. Select the check box before each of the entities at this level whose employees are eligible for the benefits plan. Example: If this second organization level is Location, the list shows all locations for the selected department (organization level 1). If only employees in the Headquarters Location are eligible for the plan, select the check box before Headquarters. Note: If the second organization level is None, this item title and list are blank.

After making selections for the items on this page, click Next to go to the next page of the wizard, which is the Benefit Eligibility - Employment page.
