About Update TD1 Claim
Use the Update TD1 Claim task window to update employees’ TD1 tax credits that are entered in the Tax Info section of the Employee Payroll window.
On the Update TD1 Claim window, you enter either the cost of living (indexation) factor specified by the government, or an amount by which to increase or decrease the employee’s tax credits. The system then adjusts the tax credits subject to the cost of living factor and modifies the net tax credit used to calculate payroll.
After using the Update TD1 Claim task, you receive a prompt to print the Update TD1 Claim Audit report.
