Import an ODBC Database

To import an ODBC database

  1. Open the Import dialog box by clicking Import in the File menu of the Sage HRMS Payroll window into which you want to import data.
  2. Choose ODBC in the Type field.
  3. Click the Browse button to move to the Select Data Source window.
  4. Click the Machine Data Source tab and select the data source from the displayed list.
  5. Click OK. The Server Login dialog box appears.
  6. Enter your Login ID and Password, and then click OK. You return to the Import dialog box.
  7. Click OK to perform the import. When the import is finished, a message appears, displaying the number of records processed.
  8. Click Close to return to the Import dialog box, then click OK to return to the original Sage HRMS Payroll window.
