Changing Pay Frequency Definitions

Use this process if your company's payroll frequencies change so that the Pay Periods per Year, or the Hours per Pay Frequency require adjustment.

Before you Start

Print the Options report from Payroll Setup Reports so you have a record of your options before you change them.

To change pay frequency settings

1. Open Payroll Setup > Options.

2. Click the Frequency tab.

3. Edit the options.

4. To save your changes, click Save.

To close the window without saving, click Close.

After Changing Pay Frequency settings

Verify that the options you have selected and the information you have entered are correct.

To print a report showing your choices, do one of the following:

• From Payroll Setup Reports, choose the Options report and Print.
