Exporting Benefits to PC Exchange

If you have selected to export Deduction Code/Amount on your template, Sage HRMS Link performs additional processing when it exports this data.

  • It checks the eligibility date of each benefit for each employee before it exports the data.
  • If the benefit’s eligibility date is later than the current date or if the current date is later than the benefit expiration date, Sage HRMS Link does not export the benefit contribution amount.
  • If your PC Exchange file already contains benefit data and you are exporting benefit data again to the same employer, Sage HRMS Link instructs PC Exchange to delete any benefit codes that have expired.

Note: PC Exchange allows a maximum of 24 deduction codes for each employee. Therefore, when exporting data, Sage HRMS Link cannot add any more than 24 benefit codes to the PC Exchange file. The ADP Export Errors report contains a record of all benefit codes Sage HRMS Link does not export.
