To define the fields in your template, you must know which Sage HRMS databases contain the fields you need. Sage HRMS has many database files, each containing a number of fields relating to a particular topic. The database files you will probably use most are the master files.
The master files for data
Employee Personnel (HRPERSNL) database - contains all the primary data for an employee in the Sage HRMS, Time Off and Sage HRMS Train programs.
The master files for custom pages
Employee Custom page Data (HRTKPERS) database - contains custom fields for any Employee page.
