You can use Sage 100 Payroll Link to transfer employee information between Sage HRMS and Sage 100 2022 or later. The link application offers transfer processes, code mapping options, and reports.
Sage 100 Payroll Link connects HR and Payroll
You can use Sage 100 Payroll Link to:
- Connect your Sage HRMS company and Payroll company in Sage 100 2022 or later
- Add employees already set up in Sage 100 Payroll to Sage HRMS
- Update Sage 100 Payroll with employee information that is maintained in HR
- Update Sage 100 Payroll with employee absence transactions managed in Sage HRMS Time Off
- Update Sage 100 Payroll with employee direct deposit records managed in the premium web version of Sage HRMS
- Transfer pay history so employees can view their pay stub information in Employee Self Service
Note: Direct Deposit is only available in the premium web version of Sage HRMS and can only be configured in the web version of the Sage 100 Payroll Link.
