Manage Logs
When you run or schedule processes in the premium web version of Sage HRMS, a process log is created and saved on the web server. Use the Manage Logs page to review recent processes, view related reports, and delete log files when they are no longer needed.
Accessing Manage Logs
- Sign in to the premium web version of Sage HRMS.
- Select the Process Management icon from the top toolbar.
- Select the Manage Logs link from the menu, or click the button at top of the Process Management page.
The Manage Logs page opens.
Using Manage Logs
Use the Manage Logs page to manage files saved on the web server. These files are produced from the various processes scheduled and completed on the web server. A table is displayed showing the name of the individual who scheduled the process, the date scheduled, the start and end times as well as the status of the job.
Search Filters
The Manage Logs page displays the following filter options:
- Process Type
- Status
- Date Type
- Date range fields
Delete Log Files
Depending upon which files you want to delete, you may wish to narrow down the results based upon the search options listed above.
- Use the filter options together to narrow the list of logs displayed in the table.
- Select the Process Type you wish to delete by selecting an option from the Process Type drop-down.
- Change the Status drop-down if you are looking for a specific Status.
- Select one of the Date Type options below to search by a specific date range :
- Scheduled Date
- Started Date
- Ended Date
- Select .
- Select the records you want to delete from the results table:
- To select all records in a table, select the check box in the table header.
- To select individual records, select the check box next to each row.
- Click the button.
- Select on the message to delete the selected logs.
