Process Log
Use the Process Log to review and manage recent process activity in the premium web version of Sage HRMS. For each process, the Process Log table shows who requested it, the scheduled date, start and end times, and the current job status. If a process supports reports, a report icon is available in the corresponding record.
Using the Process Log
Accessing the Process Log
- Sign in to the premium web version of Sage HRMS.
- Select the Process Management icon from the top toolbar.
- Select the Process Log link from the menu.
The table opens and shows the last two weeks of process activity.
Note: The Process Log table shows only the processes you have scheduled. Users in the Master security group have access to all processes scheduled by everyone.
Using the Process Log
Use the Process Log page to manage processes that have been run in the premium web version of Sage HRMS or scheduled using the Process Scheduler.
To manage the records in the Process Log table, perform one or more of the following actions:
- Select a column header to sort the Process Log by that column.
- Select the scheduled process.
- Select the Skip icon.
- When asked to confirm, select OK.
- Select a process with a Failed status.
- Select the Rerun icon.
- Select a process with a Completed or Failed status.
- Select the Report icon.
- Select the report name to preview the report.
- Review the report details.
- Click the button to print the Report.
The report opens in a new window.
- Select the process you want to delete.
- Select the Delete icon.
- When asked if you want to delete the selected item, click OK.
Click the button at the top of page to update the contents in the Process Log.
