Using Sage HRMS help

Help is an online reference tool available any time you use Sage HRMS.

To open the online help

  • In the upper-right corner of the Sage HRMS window, click (the help icon) and select Search Help. You can then select to view the table of Contents, view the Index, or search for help on a particular topic.
  • In the upper-right corner of any window, click (the context-sensitive help button) or click F1 to open the help topic related to that window or feature.

The online help is organized to enable you to find additional information. The left-side of the page displays the following tabs:

  • Contents: Displays the table of contents. Click an entry to view the associated topic. If there are also associated topics, the section of the table of contents expands to display those entries.
  • Index: Displays an alphabetical list of index keywords. You can either scroll or type the name of the item in the Search Index box at the top to move to that area of the list. Double-click a keyword to open the topic associated with that keyword. If there are several topics associated with that keyword, click the topic from the pop-up list.

You can also search for a topic by using the Search box in the upper-right corner of the help window. Type your search text, and then click (the search help icon). To narrow the search, click the down arrow to the right of All Articles and select a category.

Printing a help topic

Click (the printer icon) in the upper right corner of the help topic to open the print window to print the current topic.
