When you first install Sage HRMS or start Sage HRMS, the system automatically initializes your system and rebuilds the system files for you. This ensures you can access the features that you are registered to use.
There may be times, such as after a power failure, when you will need to rebuild the system files to ensure you can access your installed options.
Note: Press on the Logon page if you want to rebuild system files before logging on to Sage HRMS .
To rebuild system files:

The process begins and requires no other action on your part.
When the process is complete, you are returned to the Logon page.
