Employee Payroll Tax Info
The table in the employee record Taxes tab > Tax Info... window also lets you select the W-2 information that applies to the employee.
For example, for USFIT (U.S. Federal Income Tax), you can select Statutory Employee, Pension Plan, Third Party Sick, and so on. Double-click in the Value column to switch between Yes and No:
- Yes. Applies to the employee.
- No. Doesn't apply to the employee.
The program uses entries in the table to produce the appropriate information on the employee's W-2 income tax slip.
