Setting Up Security for Custom Details

If you customize your Sage HRMS system, you must make sure that users have access to the custom pages, code tables, actions.

• To give users access to the custom pages or custom code tables created using Custom Details, you must update the group security information for these tasks.
• To give users access to new actions, report groups or other items you add to the Sage HRMS menus, update the group security using the same steps used to define access for any standard task in the system.
• If necessary, you must also update security information to allow access to the Custom Details databases using SAP Crystal Reports.
