Define Access to SAP Crystal Reports

When updating the group security information, define the appropriate SAP Crystal Reports access level. This access level determines what fields the group can access when using SAP Crystal Reports.

Note: You must define the appropriate security levels for the Custom Details databases before updating the group security information.

  1. Select Setup > System > Group Security. The Security Groups dialog box opens.
  2. Select a security group from the list.
  3. Select the appropriate Employer.
  4. Select the appropriate Product (HR or Training).
  5. For the Activity, select Detail.
  6. For the Task, select Crystal.
  7. For the Step, select Crystal Reports and click Modify.
  8. Select Crystal Reports and double-click to change the Allow Access column to Yes.
  9. Click OK when you finish.
