Audit Trail Reports

Sage HRMS provides an audit trail with which you can track the changes your data entry personnel make to the system databases. For each user who makes changes to Sage HRMS data, the audit trail records an employee number, a date and time, the type of change, and the new and old values of the affected data.

Note: The audit trail only tracks changes made to employees. It does not track changes to rules or setup activities.

To Access Audit Trail Reports

Select Reports > System > Audit Trail Reports. The report options dialog box allows you to include specific files, fields, users or employees as well as to specify a date range. You can also build your own criteria to determine the content of the report.
