- Select System > Setup > Enterprise Setup.
- Click the User-Defined
Code Table Titles tab.
- Click Add. The Add User
Defined Table Title dialog box opens.
- In the Title field, enter
up to 25 characters for the title.
- Enter titles for up to
three Related Character Fields and three Related Numeric Fields. These
fields enable you to store additional data for each code in the table.
- Click OK. The code table
appears in the list on the Enterprise Setup page. If you need to edit the code table, click the + sign next to the title, or highlight the title and click More. Make your changes and click OK.
- When you are finished,
click Apply to save your changes and remain on the Enterprise Setup page,
or click OK to save your changes and close the Enterprise Setup page.
Note: You can create up to 35 user-defined
code table titles for Sage HRMS and Sage HRMS Train
After you have created the table, you can add codes, code
descriptions, and related information.
