Dependents and Beneficiaries page

To open this page:Closed in the Employee menu, select Benefits > Dependents and Beneficiaries.

This page contains a table showing the following information about each of your dependents and beneficiaries:

  • The person's name
  • The type (Dependent, Beneficiary, or Both)
  • Their relationship to you
  • Their social security number or social insurance number (which may be masked)
  • Their birth date

Your system administrator may permit you to make changes to this information.

To add another dependent or beneficiary:

  1. On the Dependents / Beneficiaries page, click New.
  2. On the Dependents / Beneficiaries detail page, enter information about the person. Details...

  3. Click Save.

To change information about a dependent or beneficiary:

  1. On the Dependents and Beneficiaries page, click (the Edit icon) to the right of the person whose information you want to change.
  2. On the Dependents and Beneficiaries detail page, make changes to the information about the person.
  3. Click Save.

    Note: To cancel this change, click Discard Changes (instead of Save) or click (the Back arrow) to the left of Dependents and Beneficiaries (the page title).

Important! You cannot delete a dependent or beneficiary. Contact your HR administrator if they need to be removed.
