Autopay Employee

Note: When transferring an employee from Sage 100 Payroll to Sage HRMS, if the Sage 100 PayrollAutopay Hours are greater than 0.00 the Autopay Employee indicator is set to Yes and the Autopay hours are transferred to the Hours / Units field on the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window.

If the Sage 100 PayrollAutopay Hours equal 0.00, the Autopay Employee indicator is set to No and the Hours / Units field on the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window is populated from the Pay Cycle field in Sage 100 Payroll as follows:
• Weekly is transferred as 40.00
• Biweekly is transferred as 80.00
• Semimonthly is transferred as 86.67
• Monthly is transferred as 173.33

Autopay Hours

Note: When transferring an employee from Sage HRMS to Sage 100 Payroll, if the Autopay Employee indicator is set to Yes, Hours / Units from the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window are transferred to the Autopay Hours field.

If the Autopay Employee indicator is set to No, 0.00 is transferred to the Autopay Hours field.

Pay Cycle

(Pay Cycle is a read-only field which is populated with the Pay Frequency from the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window. The Pay Frequency field is populated from the Pay Cycle field in Sage 100 Payroll. There is one exception: If the  Sage 100 Payroll Pay Cycle is Daily, Quarterly or Annually, the Sage HRMS Pay Frequency is set to Monthly.)

(When transferring an employee from Sage HRMS to Sage 100 Payroll, if the Pay Cycle in Sage HRMS is monthly and the Pay Cycle in Sage 100 Payroll is Daily, Quarterly or Annually, the transfer process does not change the value of Daily, Quarterly or Annually.)

(Pay Method is a read-only field which is populated with values from the Salaried/Hourly field on the Sage HRMS Current Job Detail window. The Salaried/Hourly field is populated from the Pay Method field in Sage 100 Payroll.)

Pay Rate / Salary

(Pay Rate / Salary is a read-only field which is populated with values from either the Unit Pay Rate or the Pay Period Salary fields from the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window.

If the employee is hourly, the Sage 100 Payroll Pay Rate 1 populates the Unit Pay Rate field on the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window.
-  If the employee is salaried, the Sage 100 Pay Rate 1 populates the Period Salary field on the Sage HRMS Current Pay Detail window.
