Make sure you have printed the posting journals that you intend to clear.
Note that after you clear transactions, they are no longer available on the Reverse Transactions window.
To clear bank history
Select Payroll > Processes > Clear History.
Select the types and ranges of records you want to clear.
You can clear bank transactions, bank entries, and printed bank entries, reconciliation, and transfer posting journals. You can select any or all types of records.
Bank transactions are created when you post a bank reconciliation (for example, transactions created to write off bank errors).
Use the Finders in the From and To fields to specify the range of records to clear.
If you are clearing bank transactions, use the date field to specify the Through date.
