Using the Shift Differential Schedules Report
You can print the Employee Listing for a selection list or a range of employee numbers.
Information on the report
This report lists the information entered for the selected shift differential schedules in the Shift Differential Schedules window. This includes shift differential rates for Shift 1, Shift 2, Shift 3, and Shift 4.
To print the report
- From Payroll Setup Reports, choose Shift Differential Schedules.
- In the Report Format field, choose:
- Detail Information format shows the details of each shift differential schedule reported.
- Employee Listing format shows the employees who are assigned to each shift differential schedule reported.
- If you chose Employee Listing for the report format:
- Enter the range of employees to print at the Employees From and To fields.
- If you want to include the employees in a selection list, choose that selection list.
