Using the Process Payroll Map

This process map displays for you the standard workflow associated with processing payroll in Sage HRMS.

To access the Process Payroll map, from the navigation pane, select Payroll > Process Payroll or Canadian Payroll > Process Payroll.

The steps to process payroll are:

  1. Open Payroll
  2. Import TimeSheet
  3. Distribute Earnings (U.S. Payroll only)
  4. Timecard List
  5. Calculate Payroll
  6. Process Time Off
  7. Print/Post Checks
  8. Create EFT File
