If you are using eRecruiter, you will use the Cross Employer Transfer task to transfer an employee who applied for a job in another company and accepted the job offer.
If you are transferring an employee who applied for the job in eRecruiter (employee-applicant) and cancel out of the task after saving at least one page, the employee-applicant is no longer considered an applicant and will not be included in the Applicant Find list.
When you transfer an employee-applicant, the system automatically transfers the relevant information from the job requisition associated with the employee-applicant in eRecruiter. This includes the following fields:
