Using Import Calculations

The Import Calculations process ensures the information in several job and training related fields of the database are current and up-to-date. You should use this process when you:

Sage HRMS automatically updates and references the current values for the following fields:

To Import Calculations

  1. Select Training > Processes > Import Calculations.

    Sage HRMS begins the process immediately and displays the number of employees updated.

  2. Click OK when the process is complete.
