Enrollment Exceptions Report

Use this report to identify exceptions in employee benefits enrollments during an open enrollment period or life events.  Run the report and correct all exceptions before you approve enrollments or life events.

The report can include either:

  • Open enrollments whose status is In Progress, Pending, Rejected, or Approved
  • Life events whose status is Pending or Rejected

The report does not include open enrollments or life events whose status is Not Started or Updated.

To run the report:

  1. On the Reports menu, select Benefit Reports > Enrollment Exceptions.
  2. On the Enrollment Exceptions report page for Search, choose either Enrollment Period or Life Events.:

    • If you choose Enrollment Period, select the enrollment period and select the Enrollment Status to include.
    • If you choose Life Events, enter the time range (From and To dates).
  3. Click Preview to open the report in a preview window. You can then print the report by selecting File > Print, selecting the appropriate printer, and clicking Print. To close the preview window, select File > Close.
