Pay History page

Note: This page only appears if HRMS Payroll is installed.

To open this page:Closed in the Employee menu, select Employment > Pay History.

Tip: You can also link to this page from the Pay History tile on your Home page.

This page displays a table showing the following information about your payments:

  • Pay Day: The date of the paycheck or direct deposit
  • Wages Paid: Your gross pay
  • Deductions
  • Taxes
  • Net Pay: Your gross pay minus deductions and taxes

Note: If you had any payments that were reversed, the table will include or hide the original and reversed payments depending on the setting your system administrator picked for Display Reversed Transactions in Pay History on the System Setup page.

To view details about a payment:

  1. Locate the row containing the payment that you want to view.

    Tips:
    • You can click the heading of a column to sort the payments in ascending or descending order by that column.
    • If there are more payments than can fit on the page, click a page number in the lower left of the table to view another page.

  2. Click the date in the Pay Day column.

    A window or browser tab opens with details about that payment.
