Organization Chart

To open this page:Closed in the Employee menu, select Company > Organization Chart.

Use the Organization Chart page to see the following information about a particular employee in your company in a chart form:

  • The employee's name and title
  • The employee's manager (and that person's title)
  • People who report to the employee (and their titles)

Tip: You can click the Contact link to the right of the person's name to see that person's contact information in the Company Phone List.

To find an employee in the Organization Chart:

  1. On the Employee menu, select Employment > Organization Chart.
  2. On the Organization Chart page, make selections for Employer and Name to filter the people to display in a table.
  3. Click Go.

    The employees who match your filter selections are displayed in a table with their employer name. If more than one employee is shown, scroll the table until you find the employee you want. If the table spans multiple pages, click the page number in the lower-left corner to move to that page.

    Note: Only employees who are active or on a leave of absence are included in the chart.

  4. Click (the View icon) at the end of the row containing the person's name.

    The Organization Chart opens to that person's place in the company structure.
